Rules and Regulations

  • The student should attend all demonstrations/competitions dressed in their Abagility Maths Club t-shirt.
  • The student should use only the study materials of Abagility Maths Club and bring all materials to classes without exception.
  • Practice at home on the abacus should be done at least 3 times a week for at least 15 minutes (daily exercise is recommended for optimal achievement). All homework must be checked by parents before the next class.
  • The student should be well disciplined and behave appropriately in classes. The parents of the student are responsible for any damages to property and any harm done to others in the classroom caused by their child.
  • The students must attend all classes in the term.
  • The instructor must be advised in advance if your child is ill or cannot attend class.
  • Any student, who fails to attend three sessions consecutively without prior notification by parents, will be construed as having discontinued the course. No refund of tuition fees will be given under these circumstances. A student can be readmitted after this time provided a slot is still available.
  • The student will write a test or exam after completion of each level. The student must score at least 70% to pass the level.
  • All Abagility Maths Club products are protected by copyright and no unlawful copies are permitted.

Class WhatsApp Groups

Administrators of the Abagility Maths Club WhatsApp groups will be required to obtain your consent for being part of the class WhatsApp group. The purpose of these class Whatsapp Groups are to provide information and update in relation to the class. They are not random chat groups. As such, you are herewith notified that you are entitled to refuse such consent and you may exercise such a right by leaving this group. Should you elect to remain in the group, it will be accepted that you have consented to being a part of the group and to your personal information (being your cell phone number and name) being noticeable to any person in the group. In this regard, we implore on all members of the group not to make use of such personal information for whatsoever reason, without obtaining the consent of the relevant person.
