Enrol - Media Permission & Declaration

I understand that each term consists of an average of 9 weeks per term over the year (36 lessons) and fees are calculated on an average of 9 lessons per term.

I understand that my child will be charged a tuition fee. This fee may be paid either TERMLY or MONTHLY by EFT in advance. Refer to schedule of when fees are payable.

I understand that if my fees are not paid within 7 days of the due date my child will be suspended from classes until payment is received. Once outstanding payments have been received the child may return to classes.

I understand that my child will only be issued the enrolment kit and may only start classes once the kit fee and first tuition fee has been paid. Children who enrol after the start of the term, will be charged a pro-rata fee based on the number of lessons left in the term.

I understand that there is an annual registration fee which will be invoiced in January of each year for children continuing tuition from one year to the next. This does not apply to children starting new at the beginning of a year. If a student joins between October and December (the last quarter of the year), the annual registration fee for the following year will be waived.

I agree that the instructor may order follow on books when my child moves from one level to the next and that I will make payment for such books when I receive the invoice.

I understand that if my child loses any of their study material or equipment, the replacement items will be for my cost.

I agree to provide one month’s written notice should I wish to terminate tuition. I understand that if lessons are not attended during the notice month, the full fees for that month will still be payable.

I understand that notice may not be given in November for the month of December.

I understand that Abagility Maths reserves the right to postpone the start of any class until a minimum of 5 students are enrolled.

I understand that if my child is unable to attend a lesson, they are not guaranteed a catch-up lesson. If it is possible to slot the child into another appropriate group then the instructor may invite the child to catch-up the lesson there. No credits will be passed for missed lessons.

DECLARATION OF PARENT/GUARDIAN:
I undertake to absolve Abagility Maths Club and its Centre’s / Employees / Owners from any claims arising due to injury, loss or damage caused to any child / children or possessions during the period of study, competitions, presentations or demonstrations. I have read and understood the Rules and Regulations (Section 2) governing the enrolment and undertake to be responsible at all times for fees and for the good conduct and behaviour of my child.
